This 5-piece skid plate kit provides complete underbody protection for the Toyota Tacoma TRD, engineered for strength, durability, and precision fitment. Built from premium 1/4" aluminum, it shields essential components against harsh trail conditions while offering a simple bolt-on installation. Fits TRD models only – OEM fuel tank skid plate must be installed.

Front Skid Plate (557157) – 1/4" (6 mm) aluminum;
Transmission Skid Plate (557161) – 1/4" (6 mm) aluminum;
Transfer Case Skid Plate (534165) – 1/4" (6 mm) aluminum;

ASFIR makes a great product. I have installed their products on both my Gladiator and our Willys. The 2026 fitment was great, but an absolute pain in the butt to line up the nut in the frame. That took the most time. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for that design idea.

The installer could not find enough washers (grommets), maybe the packers made an error. I could use FOUR additional washers...these are meant to allow better sliding over rocks. PLEASE SEND.
