At ASFIR 4x4, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
We guarantee a bolt-on fitment for all vehicles listed on each product page.
If a product does not fit a listed vehicle as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and at no cost to you.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Order Acceptance

All orders are considered accepted once they have been dispatched. Any communication prior to dispatch serves only as an acknowledgment of your order.


Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must notify us via email within 14 working days of receiving your order. Once approved, you can return the item for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be in new, unused, and saleable condition.
  • You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  • Products that are scratched, damaged, or otherwise not in their original condition may be subject to repair or replacement costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in specific cases as outlined below.
  • We do not refund return delivery charges unless otherwise specified.
  • Returned items must be securely packaged in their original or comparable protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
  • We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service to return your item.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country of residence.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Email us with a description of the issue and attach clear photographs showing the problem.
  • If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, does not match its description, or fails to meet our stated specifications, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective product at our expense. If so, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or arrange pickup.

Fitment Issues

If you experience a fitment issue, please contact us immediately.

  • If ASFIR has stated that the product is compatible with your vehicle model and it does not fit, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the customer ordered a product for a vehicle that is not listed as compatible on our website, the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please do not return any items until you have received return authorization and instructions from our team.


Return Process – How It Works

To make your return as smooth as possible, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email our customer service team within 14 working days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs if applicable.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or more photographs to properly investigate the issue.
    It is very important for us to fully understand the problem so we can resolve it and prevent it from happening again in the future.
    Once reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization and return instructions. For defective or fitment issues, we will also let you know if we are covering the return shipping.
  3. Return the Product
    Carefully package the item in its original or comparable protective packaging. Ship the item back using a trackable and insured shipping service to the address provided.
  4. Inspection and Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
