Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to Asfir 4x4 skid plates and covers:
• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
• Structural weld failures or faulty manufacturing that prevent proper function.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, including dents, scratches, or bends from off-road use.
• Damage caused by collisions, accidents, or impact with obstacles.
• Improper installation, misuse, or modifications.
• Corrosion or rust due to lack of maintenance, road salt, or harsh environments.
• Labor costs, shipping charges, or incidental expenses related to removal, installation, or downtime.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Submit Claim – Contact Asfir 4x4 or your authorized dealer with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photos.
2. Evaluation – Our warranty team will review the claim and may request return of the defective product for inspection.
3. Resolution – If approved, Asfir will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue a credit for the defective product.
Limitations
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Asfir 4x4’s liability is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or credit of the defective product. Asfir 4x4 may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new Asfir 4x4 product.
- Asfir 4x4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- No representative or dealer is authorized to modify or extend this warranty on behalf of Asfir.
- The company’s liability is limited to the value of the product and shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the original purchase price.
TERMS & CONDITIONS and How to Maintain Your Coverage
- Ensure proper installation according to Asfir instructions. Each manufactured product must be installed following Asfir’s recommended fitment and installation procedures. Any alteration, customization, or modification of the product’s original design, functionality, or intended use, whether by the customer or any third party, shall render this warranty null and void. It is the sole discretion of Asfir 4x4 to determine warranty eligibility.
- Periodically inspect and maintain skid plates (tighten bolts, clean after off-road use, treat scratches to prevent corrosion).
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
- Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by Asfir 4x4) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty.
- Damage to a purchaser’s vehicle, cargo, and/or to any other person or property is excluded.
- This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Asfir 4x4’s sole liability to any purchaser is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will Asfir 4x4 be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages of any kind or nature.
- Please test fit product and verify all hardware and components are included before installation. Asfir will not cover any additional shipping or installation/uninstallation costs if fitment and components have not been verified prior to installation.
- Any missing hardware or components must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
