Good skid plate but not transparent shop

I ordered an thought it was shipping from france because the text at the bottom of the website. After I paid there was the first information it's shipping from Israel. Not cool - should be communicated before paying. Because of (my) the mistake I paid much more (import taxes) than necessary.

Can you tell us how much the customs surcharge cost you? We want to verify if this only happens in France.
