This 5-piece skid plate kit provides full underbody protection for Toyota 4Runner V6 4x4 models equipped with KDSS. Built from precision laser-cut aluminum, it offers durable coverage, structural fitment, and an easy bolt-on installation for demanding off-road conditions.

Fitment Note:

Diff-Drop: If your vehicle has a front diff-drop, spacers are required so the skid plate clears the lowered differential. Use spacers the same height as the drop (e.g. 1" drop = 1" spacers) and longer bolts to match. Spacers and longer bolts are not included; they can be sourced at local hardware stores or online.

Transmission Skid Plate (534161) – 1/4" (6 mm) aluminum;
Transfer Case Skid Plate (534165) – 1/4" (6 mm) aluminum;

Does this 4runner 5pc underbody protection kit cover the catalytic converters

This underbody armor is designed primarily for off-road protection and, as a result, partially covers the catalytic converters. While its main purpose isn't theft prevention, it does contribute to reducing the likelihood of theft and makes access more challenging.

Fit my Outer Banks with flat tow base plates

Was able to fit the skid plate on my Outer Banks with flat tow hookups with a little reverse engineering. They gave me the ability to be able to return if it didn’t fit, which luckily it did!
