good morning, I should fit a tank protector plate previously mounted on my old mitsubishi pajero long wheelbase diesel with automatic transmission from 2007 on my current vehicle, pajero long wheelbase diesel year 2010 manual transmission, would it be possible? Thank you and good day.

My vehicle is a 2015 NX Pajero LWB in an auto, I previously had the standard fibreglass type skid plate, I replaced it with a steel after market plate that was very heavy, I have since replaced that with anASFIR aluminium plate that is lighter, and everything has fitted up well .
I am not sure about the manual, but I cannot see any reasons why it would not fit, they seem to be much the same except for auto box mounting vs manual box mounting

ASFIR makes a great product. I have installed their products on both my Gladiator and our Willys. The 2026 fitment was great, but an absolute pain in the butt to line up the nut in the frame. That took the most time. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for that design idea.

The installer could not find enough washers (grommets), maybe the packers made an error. I could use FOUR additional washers...these are meant to allow better sliding over rocks. PLEASE SEND.
