The Jeep Wrangler JL - LWB Rear Battery Skid Plate is constructed using high-quality laser-cut 4mm aluminum, providing maximum strength with minimum added weight.
‌Cleverly engineered to provide optimal protection to the fuel tank. Recommended using as a part of Asfir's Jeep Wrangler JL complete underbody protection kit.
‌‌Designed specifically to complement the Wrangler JL - LWB's structure, and minimize clearance loss.
‌Built with stiffening and reinforcing ribs to provide even greater strength where required.
‌‌Directly bolted onto the vehicle's chassis and supported by zinc-coated steel brackets to ensure maximum durability.
‌Designed with air vents to reduce heat build-up alongside drain holes to allow easy removal of pebbles, dirt, or water that may get caught between the skid and the vehicle while offroading.
‌No cutting or drilling is required. Completely bolt-on.

Best e-torque skid available

Shipping was very fast, the skid plate came well protected in the shipping packaging, and the installation was super easy. The skid plate is very stiff but also very lightweight. Worth the money for the added protection on the e-torque battery.

Great plate, it provides necessary protection and very easy to install. The instructions have a link to a video on how to install. The video could be a bit more detail but it is not complicated to follow.
