The Jeep Wrangler JL Underbody Protection Kit (5 Pcs) contains: Transfer Case skid plate (547465), Engine & Gear skid plate (547460), Fuel Tank skid plate SWB (547472), Front & Rear Differential skid plate - Dana 44 (547458).
Manufactured from high-quality laser-cut 1/4" aluminum, providing the optimal balance between strength and weight.
‌Cleverly engineered to provide optimal protection to the ‌vulnerable under-vehicle components.
‌‌Designed specifically to complement the JL's structure, and minimize clearance loss.
‌Built with stiffening and reinforcing ribs to provide even greater strength where needed.

Installed the engine skid and the trans case skid on my 2021 JLU Rubicon 2L. I actually mis-installed the drivers side mount by not getting it in between the frame rail and the engine mount bolt end (where it sticks through the mount). Because the mount was actually bending when I tightened the bolt, I broke the bolt in the special nut with a tail on it.

You guys were gracious enough to send out a new nut and bolt, and I was able to bolt the skids in successfully in 45 min or so. They are on and working well...just returned from a week in SW Colorado.

During my initial purchase the

During my initial purchase the manufacturer stated that they hadnג€™t seen any of the skid plates installed on 2012 Subaru Foresters with a manual transmission, to date they were only installed on automatics. No modification actions were necessary to the plate or front and rear brackets. I did have to upsize the holes for mounting the center brackets because the centers were half a hole off on both sides. I then used Fender washers in place of the original washers supplied and everything was a perfect fit afterwards. I love this product and recommend it to anyone looking to install a skid plate.
