Thick aluminum!! Fits perfect

Thick aluminum!! Fits perfect. Instructions are there but could be cleared up. But for the price it isn’t a huge deal. Just know to instal them from the gas tank skid forward if your doing them all. No bolt protection so I ordered Barnes bolt head protectors. All in all it’s a good deal.

2016 JK 4 door - No real instructions, Really?

I have a 2016 JK 4 door. I bought the complete 3 piece kit. I was very surprised that there a literly no installation instructions or installation videos. I attempted to do it myself, gave up and went to one of your recommended installers in Phoenix, Desert Rat. They spent two hours trying, with multiple calls into your office to get technical support. Call was not returned during the two hours. I finally had to leave and reschedule after you provided more info. On my return trip they received info from you and made the install. It should not be that hard. There were millions of JK's made, seems you could do and installation video and comprehensive installation instructions. thanks

This skid plate kit was designed and tested with the factory Jeep transfer case. Since the Atlas two-speed transfer case is an aftermarket unit, we haven’t tested this setup and can’t confirm fitment with that configuration.

Everything is tested on Automatic so we cannot guarantee a perfect fir the manual transmission without any modifications or drillings.

ASFIR makes a great product. I have installed their products on both my Gladiator and our Willys. The 2026 fitment was great, but an absolute pain in the butt to line up the nut in the frame. That took the most time. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for that design idea.

The installer could not find enough washers (grommets), maybe the packers made an error. I could use FOUR additional washers...these are meant to allow better sliding over rocks. PLEASE SEND.
