This 4-piece skid plate kit provides complete underbody protection for Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 Overland trims (3.6L / 5.7L). Manufactured from heavy-duty 1/4" (6 mm) aluminum, it combines strength, fit, and off-road durability. Fitment Notes:

Fully tested on 3.6L Petrol Overland trim.
On 5.7L models: only the Front and Fuel Tank skid plates (542355 + 542370) are tested and confirmed to fit.
Transmission skid plate (542360) was tested but does not fit.
Transfer Case skid plate (542361 / 542365) has not been tested on 5.7L.

Mostly fit well with modification

The arm to attach the transfer case, protection rubs against the transfer case Control module This is on the V6 summit reserve. Placed by Dealer. Below images are for area of modification if the arm was used. However, with six bolt, it is quite secure.

This is tested on 2022 so far, and so it is mentioned on our product page. As soon as we test it on 2023 by ourselves we can modify and make the required changes to make it fit on 2023 as well.

Installing

This model would have worked, but I have Mopar fule line and gear box cover already on the Jeep,.So I need to ask company about something else that will cover the tranmission, smaller. Need company phone number to be able to give me some feedback on what I can do.

We only tested Front and Fuel tank skid plates on such model of yours (5.7L engine).
We also tested the gearbox and it did not fit well, and will probably develop new one especially for the 5.7L engine.

We do not have differential skid plate for such model at all.
No plans on developing one as we don't think this is necessary on this model.
The differential is not exposed, and it's very strong component unlike other sensitive components that we already develop skid plates for.

Fit my Outer Banks with flat tow base plates

Was able to fit the skid plate on my Outer Banks with flat tow hookups with a little reverse engineering. They gave me the ability to be able to return if it didn’t fit, which luckily it did!
