Hello dear ASFIR team, I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 3.0 CRD Summit. I would like to know if all parts for the model fit from the Full Skid Plate package?
Kind regards
Heiko

ASFIR 4x4 USA

Hi Heiko,

Thanks for your interest in our full skid plate kit!

For the 3.0L Diesel, this kit fits 2011–2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 models with an automatic transmission and without a Urea/DEF tank.

If your vehicle matches these specifications, the complete kit is compatible.

Please confirm that “ Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Full Underbody Protection Kit (5 Pcs)” will fit my 2019 WK2 Limited X. Thank you.

ויקטור בדיקה

We cannot guarantee that as we tested it on a Laredo trim.
As far as we know, Limited comes with Quadra-Trac II, while the Laredo comes with Quadra-Trac I, so the gearbox area may need modifications for our skid plate to fit.

It is marked compatible with Diesel and 3.0 v6 Petrol, does that mean that it is not compatible with 5.7 V8 Limited?

ויקטור בדיקה

Correct!
It is not tested on V8 yet, so we cannot confirm and guarantee a prefect fitment without any drillings or modifications YET.

Does this fit the WK2 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk?

ויקטור בדיקה

Unfortunately No,
We have different engine & gearbox skid plates for the trailhawk that will fit your model (SKU:542157,542063)
Other skid plates not tested on trailhawk yet so we cannot guarantee a perfect fit yet, but we can send you drawings & sketch if you'd want to continue this investigation.

Buying Asfir 4X4 Skids online

As mentioned, I've purchased three skid plates from Asfir. The buying process is pretty simple. If you are a Veteran, take advantage of the discount. Skids arrive well packed and with all the hardware for each purchase. I even reused one box to sell one of the skids. Shipping time is acceptable.

Thanks, Marc! We really appreciate your continued support and your three purchases. Great to hear the ordering process, packaging, and shipping have all been a good experience. Thanks for spreading the word about our veteran discount, too!
