    The transfer case skid plate was in perfect condition

    The skid plate was in excellent condition and well worth the money

    The skid plate was in excellent condition and well worth the money. However, there were 2 problems with the hardware when used on a 2026 f350 gas with 10 speed transmission. First, the front mounting plate came with 2 nylock nuts but one of them was incorrect though the paperwork reflected the correct number of items. Second, the passenger side frame spacer did not line up with the hole so we had to grind off about 7/16 of an inch for it to fit into the frame rail. I knew that there may be an issue because the description didn't include my year model. This is not a complaint. I only wanted to be sure the manufacturer and future customers are aware.

    Perfect upgrade to protect front end

    The material is very sturdy and it was easy to install - just what was needed to protect components since I replaced the front bumper with off-road style.

    DIY install

    This was a very simple install and the skid plate is very stable and provide great protection for steering system on my 2020 F 250. My steering system already had modifications with additional stabilizer shocks and this fit without issue.

    You should be fine. I have a BDS lift that is 5” with BDS dual steering stabilizers. This plate is mounted on the frame so your front axle will not interfere with anything.

    Unfortunately we haven't tested it on the gasoline model so we cannot guarantee a perfect fit.

    Will this still fit with a 6" bds lift? I don't think the lift kit put anything in the way, just want to make sure it didn't mess with any angles for mounting.

    We haven't tested that on a 6" lifted vehicle ourselves so we cannot guarantee that yet, but we haven't heard any feedback regarding the fitment of this skid plate with any kind of lifting.

    Was wondering if this kit might not work with a rough country hidden winch mount? Anyone have an issue so far?

    It does work, though you cannot bolt the controller plate to the stock mounting holes. At best the unit and plate have to be shifted to the left and tucked into the available space so the skid plate can bolt on to the brackets. The only real way to secure the controller unit is with zip ties.
