    Super easy install

    Super easy install. Took me 25min with a helper. Sasquatch package on a Wildtrak yielded enough space to do without a stand. You can paint it as the other reviews state, just ensure you have a self-etching primer. Alternative is to powder coat. Running the tank as low as possible would help too

    Heavy duty skid plate

    Not too difficult, I did mine without lift or jacks. The Sasquatch suspension gave me just enough clearance to get it fastened up by myself. Would be quick if you have access to a lift. Precise fit and I feel a lot better now that the plastic fuel tank is protected. I used aluminum cleaner followed by Alodine and epoxy primer on the bare skid plate. It could be left bare but the epoxy is tough and can be painted if needed.

    Gas tank skid plate is

    Gas tank skid plate is made really well and fit well also and proved its worth at a Bronco event this past weekend, 1 thing could be better is on the Passenger side 1 of the mounting bolts o the frame rail could be counter sunk making it flush. When I put the Bronco on my lift that 1 bolt limits the seating surface of the foot on my 2 post loft

    2021 + Ford Bronco Fuel Tank Skid plate. Do you need to remove the OE straps to install your fuel tank skid plate or does this coexist with the OE straps. The supplied Illustration does not mention removing the straps and I've seen other skid plates to which require the straps to be removed. So just trying to determine how yours is installed with or without the OE strap.

    Want to order the full skid plate kit for 2021 bronco that currently has the plastic bumper but I will be replacing it with fab4 bumpers can the plastic kit work with the fab4 ?
    Can it be modified to fit? Does your metal bumper work with the fab4 kit?

    We cannot confirm a perfect fitment without modifications or drillings as we developed these skid plates only on Plastic/Steel OEM Front Bumpers.

    Will this fuel tank skid plate fit over the factory plastic cover and bracket on the 2023 4 door Wildtrak?

    I don’t believe there is a plastic cover, the brackets hold up a PLASTIC fuel tank. I have an Outer Banks 4door with Sasquatch package. I did not get factory skid plate for fuel tank, which, if you have one, is steel. I got ASFIR aluminum skid plate for tank and transfer case and they bolted on easily. Look at their install video. If you still have question, I would take a couple photos of what you are referring to and send them to ASFIR sales/support. They can then give you an answer.

    It should, the only thing that would need checked is the size of the 2dr versus the 4dr - they are all the same other than that from my understanding.
