The Dacia Duster Exhaust System Skid Plate is constructed from high-quality laser-cut 5/32" (4 mm) stainless steel, offering a perfect strength-to-weight balance. Specifically engineered to protect the exhaust system from trail obstacles, this plate ensures durability and reliability in demanding off-road conditions. Recommended as part of ASFIR’s complete Dacia Duster underbody protection kit.

Why not in aluminium?

Hey Pierre,

It is made of steel because we wanted the shielding to be relatively thin in order not to damage the clearance as this area is close to the ground, and steel is more suitable for the job despite its thin thickness because of its strength than aluminum.

Fit my Outer Banks with flat tow base plates

Was able to fit the skid plate on my Outer Banks with flat tow hookups with a little reverse engineering. They gave me the ability to be able to return if it didn’t fit, which luckily it did!
