The correct weight is 18 lb (8.2 kg), and it is made from 5/32" (4 mm) steel, with a zinc-coated and black powder-coated finish.

Regarding your 6th Gen 4Runner TRD Pro, our technical team does not expect any fitment issues, although we have not specifically tested the skid plate on the TRD Pro.

Thanks for bringing the weight discrepancy on our website to our attention as well, we’ll get that corrected.

Does the d44 rear skid for jk fit with an ARB diff cover installed?

This rear Dana 44 skid plate is designed around the OEM diff cover. It hasn’t been tested with the ARB aftermarket cover, so we can’t confirm fitment.

Fit my Outer Banks with flat tow base plates

Was able to fit the skid plate on my Outer Banks with flat tow hookups with a little reverse engineering. They gave me the ability to be able to return if it didn’t fit, which luckily it did!
