All orders are classed as accepted once the order has been dispatched. Any correspondence before dispatch is simply an acknowledgment of receipt of the order. We take great pride in our products and have thousands of satisfied customers. If you are not totally satisfied with your product though, you need to notify us within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods. You will then need to send them back to us for a full refund.
The product has to be in a saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched, battered, etc.
You must take care of goods whilst they are in your possession and, if you are returning them, you should take reasonable care to ensure that Asfir Technologies Ltd receives them and that they are not damaged in transit. If the goods are not adequately packaged, are incorrectly addressed, or do not carry the correct postage, and become damaged as a result, Asfir Technologies Ltd may have a claim against you. For this reason, all items returned must be repackaged in a comparable way that they were delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you insure the return delivery.
The customer has to pay for all return delivery costs. We do not refund the return delivery cost.
International customers may have to pay import tax. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and pay for this tax and any other tax implemented by the country of your residency.
The customer must inform us via email of any returns within 14 working days of receipt. Otherwise, no refund will be given.

Asfir Technologies Ltd wants you to enjoy the products that you buy. If you find any problems with an item you have purchased please let us know as soon as you can. If it is discovered that Asfir Technologies Ltd has supplied an item that is not as described, has a manufacturing defect or does not comply with the technical characteristics presented by us we will of course provide you with a suitable solution to the problem. Please check your goods upon receipt; we need you to notify us of any damages as soon as possible. It is highly recommended to add a photo to clarify your complaint.
